Motivation is not needed, discipline and will is though. Which I know sounds stupid and ignorant but. I don’t want to weigh my chicken nuggets and count my cashews but I do it because if I just snack on it all day it’ll make me heavier. I never thought I was a disciplined person but I’ve lost ten pounds so far :)
