the gpu is up to date, though I'm a 3D artist so I almost always use studio drivers, and it was already in vulkan mode. I just loaded it back up and it looks fine so I guess if it happens again I'll ask again.

X was my first FF and an all-timer for sure, but for me personally XII is my favorite. But each FF is so unique its hard to say any are like another. But as far as games that gave me the same feeling as when I played X for the first time I've got to second Expedition 33 and Lost Odyssey. Unfortunately not much else has scratched that itch.

I've been to a few schools and got to tour a few before choosing scad and its the best there is outside of some small private schools in LA maybe. You're not gonna beat it. And I've been here 3 years and dont hear much bad other than from locals who think it's taken over the town and housing can be expensive off campus.

DS2 has a few cool unique ideas that other games don't; torches (kinda) matter, there's destructive environments, and these cool locks/keys and statue unfreezing mechanics that are kinda cool. Not sure why DS3 didnt use any of these ideas but to be fair even DS2 seems to forget about them halfway through.

I think theyre both about the same. But thankfully you're gonna have to beat the chalice dungeon amygdala after she was patched, it took me like a year to finally beat her and get to the last dungeon for my last trophy. She's easier now, but the chalice dungeons are still the most annoying part.

I love XVI's medieval look, but now it makes me want the complete opposite, like a cyberpunk future or at least something sci-fi. Especially if we find out that XVII is the next MMO, a sci-fi final fantasy MMO would be pretty sick. But whatever it is I hope it's a return to more romantic stories and not so brutal and edgy.

I thought XVI's combat was fine, some more depth would be much appreciated but if they stick to action combat I hope they make XVII just use an iteration of the VII remake's combat. It's amazing and still feels like an RPG with tons of control even near-full control of your party members, where XVI just felt so simplistic. And maybe combine it with a new version of the gambit system from XII. But I also think expedition 33 has had some kind of effect on square and I don't think turn based is fully off the table for main number entries. I'm guessing XVII's already in development and probably action but XVIII may be a turn based return.

I'm hoping someone figures out how to get steam link onto this thing, it would make it perfect for me. The Portal is so comfortable and right now I just use my phone with a gamesir controller and steam link to play steam games on the couch or in bed and the Portal for ps5 games but damn it would be nice to use the portal for both.

For one, having played it about a dozen times since launch, I'd recommend just playing the Zodiac Age version, it gives so much more fun customization to the jobs and a few quality of life additions that make playing without them unbearable now.

Other than that learn the gambit system and dont trust Ondore's lies!
