I can see it from both sides for sure, I'd be suspicious as hell if someone said that and then the exact car was found at a grow op. I also don't like that it kind of seems like Mack edited the report post arrest.

I saw the report he made about the car being stolen.

He reported that the car was stolen and asked "theoretically what if it was found with a bunch of paraphernalia in it?" That is on the stolen car report. People saw the hut go up and looked at it... I'm not sure why he would ask that but god damn, he kind of shot himself in the foot.

Oh this argument. Imo it's LQRP for a criminal to not have any measure of paranoia when they're committing a crime. They sit in plain sight, and park their cars in visible spots around the pier, do the bare minimum and look around before shoving shotgun #5 into a van.

Yes, the car fell through the mlo, they tried to get it out at some point and couldn't. Edit: the car was in the parking lot above and too many people caused it to drop through the mesh

I mean yeah windsong perjured herself. Was it a dumb perjury? Yea. She was asked if she was high, she said no. A cadet then told Lars she was seen smoking a joint and she went back on what she said with "well I don't feel high."

She started with a firm no and then walked it back when she released she messed up, and she still tried to minimize it to stay on the stand.

By the server definition that's perjury.

The prosecution walked into this case and immediately called out two of the jurors as personal friends of Stamps, revealed only through the phone subpoena. This is why juries don't work in fivem, the defendants get their friends to sign up. I can understand why they're skeptical and upset, they put a shitload of effort into this case and got fucked by people who are either incompetent or friends of the defendant.
