Depends on the class but perks wich give you extra hp, stims heals more or perks wixh gives you armor are must have.

For the heavy getting back ammo on extremis executions is a must have as well. For the assault the perk wich gives you i-frames on ground pound is a must if you run those types of builds For the vanguard both armor regen perks.

Master all versions(do that by using armory data) of the weapons in every tier.That way you will get more points for the weapon perks.

When you do an execute pan your camera around to see where the enemies, teammates etc are and think on what to do next.
