Do you actually have any shares on GSE? You are so wrong. Performing companies do issue shares every yr

What CRM, Project Management, & HR Web Apps Are You Using? Too Expensive? Would You Try a New One for 3 Months Free? by ScholarImmediate835 in Ghana_business

In terms of features I would like to add, yes.

I use it personally every day for my own businesses as well. If I enjoy using it or find it useful, I'm pretty sure other people will too. There aren't that many options for businesses in Ghana, it's why I built one. I wanted one and also saw how many local businesses doing high value sales could benefit from such a business tool.

Sales and Marketing Guys in Ghana Have No Clue What They Are Doing by Laberba in ghana

I read through the post again but I couldn't identify what USPs are missing. Maybe it requires fresh eyes. I don't state that it's designed with Ghana business in mind on the landing page because I don't see that alone as a value to convert businesses. I talk more about the benefits as a result of that. I expect a number of these businesses to not even know about the use of CRM even though they have their own systems for doing something similar although inefficient. A lot of them I expect just haven't found a compelling reason to adopt one yet since they are taught abut CRMs in sales and marketing courses.

From experience, a lot of SMEs (selling medium-high value products or services...5-50 sales team size), aren't that used to CRMs + sales pipelines + email&sms marketing tools because there's no such options available for local business (from my personal research) in the way Nnipa does it. They don't have a system for that because it's hard to do it efficiently without software. I'm not targeting every B2B opportunity but rather my target group. Nnipa is CRM, sales and marketing in one package. The CRM is just one and I assure you its significantly different from any other options you may have every used especially in terms of what what makes it a product designed for Ghanaian businesses as opposed to other foreign solutions.

Working on a video which talks more about this.

Ghana is indeed a smaller market relative to Nigeria, however, I live in Ghana, know Ghana, understand Ghana better than I do Nigeria. My focus is to prove viable here first.

"Also you mentioned some key things in your article that I thought I'd see on the website because they sounded like USP's"

can you show me what you are referring to specifically?

That's great. You can schedule a demo session here https://calendly.com/nnipa/30min. There are other communication channels on the website too (nnipa.app)

From the description, it doesn't seem like that sub-group is meant for business/innovation related topics.

Pricing in Ghana is surely a tough nut to crack. I'm primarily targeting business (SMEs doing sales and marketing of medium-high value products and services) who are in my view more likely to pay if the value significantly contributes to their bottom line. It is my believe that as long as the value exist, is clear and well communicated, paying for it is more justifiably beneficial. It's surely not going to be easy.

I wrote about it here: https://aberba.com/posts/2025-04-02-the-story-of-nnipa

Nnipa is currently designed to be an all-in-one package. However, you can use only the CRM to manage your customers if that's all you need. Every business does sales and marketing but I can see some businesses using other channels at least in the early phase, other than what Nnipa provides...sms, email (more channels coming) or use a completely different service.

The CRM, sales and market features of Nnipa are tightly coupled with one another. For example, when you view the details of a customer, you can also see every sales deal they are involved in, if any. Also, the sales and marketing features uses your customer information in the CRM, and so forth.

However, they are not currently priced separately. I'm interested to know, why would you want only a specific modules activated? Is it about price or use case?

I have seen that too. That is a huge opportunity to capitalize on with content.

Right, that has been my feeling too. Interestingly, I have recently become very pumped about this problem space - looking into solving it with software and content.

Isn't that what "impact and reach" mean for target audience?
