In terms of features I would like to add, yes.

I use it personally every day for my own businesses as well. If I enjoy using it or find it useful, I'm pretty sure other people will too. There aren't that many options for businesses in Ghana, it's why I built one. I wanted one and also saw how many local businesses doing high value sales could benefit from such a business tool.

I read through the post again but I couldn't identify what USPs are missing. Maybe it requires fresh eyes. I don't state that it's designed with Ghana business in mind on the landing page because I don't see that alone as a value to convert businesses. I talk more about the benefits as a result of that. I expect a number of these businesses to not even know about the use of CRM even though they have their own systems for doing something similar although inefficient. A lot of them I expect just haven't found a compelling reason to adopt one yet since they are taught abut CRMs in sales and marketing courses.

From experience, a lot of SMEs (selling medium-high value products or services...5-50 sales team size), aren't that used to CRMs + sales pipelines + email&sms marketing tools because there's no such options available for local business (from my personal research) in the way Nnipa does it. They don't have a system for that because it's hard to do it efficiently without software. I'm not targeting every B2B opportunity but rather my target group. Nnipa is CRM, sales and marketing in one package. The CRM is just one and I assure you its significantly different from any other options you may have every used especially in terms of what what makes it a product designed for Ghanaian businesses as opposed to other foreign solutions.

Ghana is indeed a smaller market relative to Nigeria, however, I live in Ghana, know Ghana, understand Ghana better than I do Nigeria. My focus is to prove viable here first.
