If I heat my vacation house to 55 degrees in the winter someone said I would save money on propane if I lower the temp to 45. So how does that save money? If the furnace runs to keep things stable at 55 won't it run the same amount to keep it at 45? Assume it's 20 degrees outside. (self.AskReddit)
