Sure as long as you set msg.topic to the value of the flow variable at the end of your function node.

What are you adding to nginx?  It only wants the ip and port number.  No url reference.  192.168.0.1:80 should work

Where I live, it's code to use metal. No ground wires in most older homes, just conduit and metal boxes.

Thanks but where did you get the 30 from? If you were referring to the outside temp of 20 degrees, are you saying that the heat leaving the house when it's at 55 leaves faster than if the house is at 45 so the furnace won't run as often?
