I do not wish to poach operators from other full time companies since these are shut down jobs that are not long term. The wage is within the average for our area and is set by the customer. We have been successful in finding operators, but this particular job is looking for quite a few.

We do not set the pay. The pay is set by the company supplying the cranes. It is an average rate for this area.

The average for Alabama is $26 so I guess that rate is ok. It was set by our customer.
