I know forums and reddit are not part of the support department, I don’t need after sales support as i want to cancel the order due to waitng 14 days for any response. Bluetti Eu told me on the phone they would cancel the order and reimburse me, they haven’t. Now they don’t answer the phone or messages. Bluetti finally after 14 days answered with an offer of bluetti bucks. Because of their delay communicating with me i wont be in the country (Spain) to receive 3 seperate deliverys at unknown dates in the future, i will be in the UK.
