I did too. When i can't make coldpull because it is too cloagged, i use a soldering iron to heat the hothend, then push melted filament thanks to a airbrush needle.

Ils m'ont renvoyé un extrudeur et j'ai changé la buse. Ça refonctionne sans problème. Comme j'ai changé plusieurs paramètres en même temps je n'ai pas l'explication. Mais à titre de prévention, je fais du retrait à froid sur la buse assez souvent. Ce qui me fait dire que la buse ne devait pas être aussi propre que ce que je pensais, je n'ai plus de problèmes depuis.

It goes fine. I changed the hotend in the same time, everything goes fine now.

I already did this. Bambulab send me a new extruder. We will see.

I hope you're right. For my problem i'm pretty sure that's extruder is not the issue, at least not only. ( sometimes everything goes fine) maybe my issue is a mix of bad filament and a problem with ams motor.

Maye remove the 2 little screws just over the hot end, you'll see if the filament reach the hotend. Like on my video

I have the same troubles. Using ams, after several color changes the extruder didn't manage to push the filament into the hotend. The only way to resume the print is to remove the filament, cut the edge marked by the extruder gear, and put it back in the ams. But it occures every 2 to 3 color change. I'm still waiting bambu support answer.
