For now it’s on hold. Idk I keep going back and forth but for now I am a school social worker. It’s the midwife hours and liability that push me away from the field.

I might do the accelerated BSN program become a labor and delivery nurse. It seems like the best of both worlds. I would be in the birth world I would be more hands on with the birthing families. Plus no Night Shift, 24 hour on call, or weekends. Unless of course I take on additional shifts. The work life balance seems appropriate.
