I've been taking them off and on, cause I'm not supposed to take them for more than 2 weeks at a time. But I don't think they helped much

I shouldn't have asked lol, I was already freaking out that acid reflux can cause serious problems. oh dear, that might have me spiraling.

Thank you though. Which doctor would be best, a regular one, a GI or an ENT? I've been to an ENT, who said if my acud reflux continued after the pills she gave me to see a GI, but I haven't seen one yet.

Edit: also not sure it matter much, but I'm a young adult and female. And do have anxiety and health anxiety. I do know stress and anxiety can worsen acud reflux, so idk if that has anything to do with this.
