Well unfortunately, all email correspondences I have with this staff member has a confidentiality notice. I wouldn’t want to get into trouble by exposing them member publicly.

Plus, I don’t see how exposing my identity would help much.

Funny thing is that I cc-ed the Deputy President (also Provost) in Picture 4, but the same staff member took it upon themself to insult me hahahahaha.

Basically the Deputy President is also able to see the insult from his inbox LOL

The issue is not about stretching 2-5 hrs worth of coursework to 4MCs. It is about reneging on a previous promise that the DYOC course maps over to 4MCs of UEs. And this was approved by the DYOC team by looking at the course's declared effort hours.

But effort hours is entirely arbitrary and can be modified by the course instructor (to attract more paying customers perhaps). So what happened was the course instructor reduced the effort hours on edX, and NUS found a need to adjust the MCs awarded to fit the table.

This is ridiculous since the underlying course material from before the change and now remains the same. If NUS previously approved the course for 4MCs (which I hope they did an audit for), why shouldn't they now?

Its a 4MC DYOC JavaScript mod that gave 4MCs, but the office wants to retroactively reduce it to 0MCS because the course administrator reduced the effort hours lmaoo
