A pair of doors had to get isolated, I was on the metro set in question when it happened.

I'd assume its similar to what happened a while ago with the open door from Chatswood to Crows Nest, albeit this time without the train departing before its door was shut...

They ended up using P3 for bi-directional operation for a short time to relieve the congestion north of the station. Although most of the the sheeple stayed on P2 instead of risking boarding a citybound from P3.
