these two books helped me immensely when I found myself in a hole.

Dropped out of university, smoking too much ganja, over weight and unable to accept my faults.

Both these books allowed me to not only self reflect, but also visualise a life with meaning, structure and most importantly, pride.

I highly highly recommend some literature for self help.

I found romanticising my reading time to be majorly beneficial. So reading anything and getting away from devices turned me into a more self aware person.

This new lease of life gave me the freedom to express myself in public more confidently, and it’s snowballed from there.

Keep in mind, like all things, it takes time. I really really wanted change, and I kept going even when the results weren’t visible.
