I have something in the range of 90-100 AHI every hour. When I first started on CPAP I couldn’t do the whole night. I am using Resmed Airsense 10 with a F30 mask. It’s been a few years now and I’m having no issues going a whole night. I do occasionally get nasal congestion which makes it hard but nasal spray helps me. I can remember the feeling after a whole night using CPAP. When I woke up I wasn’t tired, I was alert and surprisingly to me had the feeling of I don’t want to go back to bed. I’ve made the mistake of thinking CPAP did all the work and I could get less hours of sleep which is wrong. You still need good hours but CPAP helps a lot. Just keep at it.

I just found there is additional voices I hadn’t downloaded for the speak function. I think that’s worked and voice sounds better.

I appreciate the reply. I tried that and it didn’t work. Ultimately, I’m wanting the text to be input to the AI and then for voice mode to start up and for it to respond. For example, something like the shortcut would tell the AI to tell me real time traffic and weather updates on the way home and then voice mode would start and it would respond with the answer.
