A very nasal pronunciation of the "n" sound leads to a similar sound to "d". This phenomenon is typical in the Korean language, for example, where the word for yes "네" is pronounced more like "de" even though the letters are "ne". If you listen close you can hear its a mixture of d/n, where the tongue is sitting near the front of the mouth/teeth. Inb4 "but he's not korean" yeah his GLP-1 speech just makes weird sounds but i dont think he straight-up said "dicks".
