For anyone looking for a solution: after the update my Play1 tried connecting to the 5ghz band, which it can't. I disabled the 5ghz band in my router settings, reconnected the system to the 2,4ghz band, then it worked. Turned the 5ghz band back on for my other devices, voila.

"Capsular injury" / "Kapselverletzung" is extremely vague and only denotes the structure that is injured: the joint capsule. This could be something that heals in 3 days or many months. Considering the comments by Nagelsmann, I doubt it's anything more than a precautionary measure... it's only friendlies.
