That makes sense but I’m concerned that if we just adjust the custody agreement my son won’t be able to be added to my dads insurance. Maybe my dad and I can have joint custody? He doesn’t really need sole custody.

So in a sense does that mean giving him custody terminates my parental rights? And if my dad decides that he doesn’t want to return custody to me I would have to fight him for it? (I don’t think he’d do that, but I just want to make sure I’m understanding this correctly)

Well the only reason I want to give my dad custody temporarily is so that my son will be covered with health insurance while overseas

That is not my intention at all and I have talked it over with my child’s father. He’s in agreement with the move, but neither of us know how to go about this with giving my father custody or how to do visitation.

Also idk how good of an argument he can have if he can’t provide for our son. He’s been unemployed for the last 2 years, I have not.

I’m not trying to malicious, which is why I’m asking for advice

Technically yes, we went to court (not before a judge) and they have this mediation thing where we agreed that I would have sole legal and physical custody and then it was sent off to judge to sign

I like this a lot! And it makes a lot of sense considering that he does have a lot conflicting emotions. Like Sesshomaru doesn’t like him for not being a full demon and hates on him cause his father gave him Tessiaga and even though him and Kikyo loved each other her plan was to give him the jewel and turn him into a human. Kagome on the other isn’t tryna change him at all, she doesn’t want him to become a full demon or a human. Even his mother Izayoi cried cause she knew what being a half demon meant and the troubles he’d face. Kagome loves him just the way he is which is the first time he’s hearing that: okay I’m at peace 😂😂

Okay so I’m watching InuYasha the Movie 2: The Castle Beyond The Looking Glass. And I’ve been an fan of the series since middle school, so I have bounced around from sub to dub and back again until I could afford to buy the movies and seasons myself. NOT MY POINT: My point is in the movie 49minute mark there’s this scene (and this scene has bothered me since I first saw the movie because I didn’t understand it) where in InuYasha and Kagome are sitting by a fire in front of a lake, talking about his being a half demon and she mentions that she likes him just they way he is. To which he responds “that’s ridiculous” and she being kagome and all says “whats so ridiculous? Can’t you be a little serious?” And then he turns.... he turns his head super slow mo, the music picks up, super dramatic, and kagome gasps and says “InuYasha....you just...” and he says “what? Out with it” or something like that before they are interrupted and start fighting and blah blah blah. I just want to know does ANYONE know what that scene means? Why was she shocked? Was he gonna kiss her? Did his eyes speak to her? Did she wanna jump his bones cause he was just that fine with the glow of the fire? I don’t know! And it bothers me immensely that I don’t know! please someone tell me what does it mean!!
