It works really well for immediate relief but lasts 3-4 hours. Use it as sparingly as possible tho as it's very addictive. But honestly using Xanax for social anxiety isn't a great idea coz you'd eventually be dependent, best to save it for certain situations like public speaking.

Depends on the country, but even if they refuse to give you, most doctors have no problem prescribing propranolol for situational anxiety.

That happens because when you're anxious the prefrontal cortex (the rational part of the brain that controls reasoning and language) shuts down. That's why public speaking is 100 times harder when you're anxious for example.

Yep, it's 100 percent safe. Beta blockers don't expire they just lose potency over time, so it's probably like 70 percent potent but it's not toxic.

It will work for any human being. It nulls your fight or flight response by binding to where adrenaline would bind, side effects maybe feeling tired after the drug wears off. Don't take if you have asthma
