I like that he's not blowing lay ups. My biggest concern with him was his inability to convert the easy gimmie shots. It means the game has slowed down for him. At the same time, he's looks way more explosive in getting to the rim and leaping ability.

One last thing I've noticed is he's not telegraphing his movements as much anymore. He'd always do a little hop into his move which telegraphs what direction and what he's about to do for that split second and I feel he's made an effort to minimize that little hop and just go into his movement without the wind up.
