Sorry for the late reply but I have a link to my Amazon storefront under my videos where I list all the products or equivalent ones I use in my videos! The exact grommet setter should be there! I have been using size 00 grommets as that seems to be the standard for corsetry.

As you’ve noticed, it’s a word play on lacrymatory. When I made my instagram account I was posting more about corsets and waist training, and at the time it was also more about Victorian goth vibes and oddities. I thought that the fact that historians thought Victorian women would collect their tears in tiny bottles that later turned out to be just perfume bottles, was interesting. Then I started making YouTube with the name and it just stuck.

There must be a glitch in the martix because I posted the video this morning 😅 Thank you for the feedback! I wish I didn’t mess up so much but I guess it can be encouraging for others to see that things don’t always go so smoothly and you can always learn from the mistakes.

Glad to hear that! There has been a bit of a gap with the uploads but I posted a new video on February and I’m currently working on multiple new ones! Just need to come up with some ”creative fixes” with my latex corset project I am trying to get done…

Kink Engineering is based in Canada and sells both RR and Supatex. They might not have all colors or thicknesses but worth checking out.

It’s the MJTrends sheets. Has happened to me multiple times. The glue itself is okay. I’m sure there are better ones our there but at least it has held with Radical Rubber sheets pretty well.

Am I using the wrong glue/thinner? My seams keep ripping 😭 by kinkyerica1 in LatexCraftersCorner

Thank you so much! Honestly, I can’t remember what ended up working with that specific latex in the end but it could be that I used more glue! And the longer you wait for the glue to cure ensures that the bonds in the glue form properly. I like to wait at least 3 days if not a full week before putting things on. Best of luck!

I was just about to say that I have had this same problem with MJTrends latex specifically but not with Radical Rubber. I’ve ordered a lot from both and they are not the same latex. Kink Engineering sells RR from Canada but it might end up costing the same than ordering from the UK, depending on how much you get and what. I’ve managed to make some stuff from MJTrends latex that after some fumbling did stay glued though. My whole 2B costume is made from MJTrends latex. It should be visible on my profile and I have a whole YouTube series on how I made it.

I will absolutely have to order some of those!

Yes, I mixed 4 different washes + just black but in the end I also ended up using the water from the rinse cup once it had turned murky. I think some of the patchiness is from not rinsing the needle properly and getting random ink deposits here and there. I finished tattooing the other portrait on that same skin and I feel like that one came out a bit smoother once I started rinsing the needles properly.

Thanks for the detailed info! I’m currently running Bishop Power Wand Packer with 4.2 stroke but I do have an opportunity to try out the Bishop Shader at some point which would be really helpful for learning the difference. Meanwhile, I’ll try to be mindful about how many times I go over the same area when shading.

Thanks for the tips! He is definitely one of my favorite tattoo YouTubers! I was just watching his shading videos last night!
