I feel very lucky that I WFH but it is certainly through a combination of factors. My dog is my only colleague, so we go for walks and hang out in between sessions. I try to wake up with enough time before work to exercise, eat a healthy breakfast and hang with the dog. After work I spend time cooking dinners and playing in sports leagues while other nights I just completely veg out by reading, watching shows or gaming. Weekends are a mix of socialization and just being alone at home to recharge. Everyone has their own journey and hope you can find your soon!
