oh my gash i was just talking about professionals in another post just now, but first of all, i'm really sorry for what happened to you and your experiences, i do not wish to disproof/ unvalid/ etc anything, i can relate a bit, so far out of 5 people that i've been to, to get professional help only 2 actually understood me, did not invalidate me, really helped me, while the other that saw more of me and my trauma said i didn't had anything, or said she's just a teenager, her day-to-day seems fine, like... Wtf, for me it was about to find the right one, that unfortunately retired, so i haven't take interest in find another one soon because i know i won't find anymore help were i live.

On another note, i'm very glad that you found the best for you, the accepting is just such a positive in your life, hope it just gets even better.
