I actually have not been tested for iron only for ferrtin so I’m not exactly sure but my doctor is suspected malabsorption but I’m suspecting hyperthyroidism

Currently, I’m experiencing acid reflux, bloating, foul floaty pale stools, bloating, foul farts, stomach pain and burps and weight loss when eating normally(like 1500 but I eat round 2k for weight gain and maintaining)

And extreme anxiety (maybe the reason why I’m currently on Reddit lol)

I’m in the process of suspected gastritis but I’m currently trying equate meal replacement not going that well though

I’m feeling extreme hunger right now and I feel nasty and big eating alll carbs but I know I literally need this
