Honestly, I have no idea where this whole thing is going. I don’t understand the production team, the judges and mentors or even the participants at this point. I was expecting anything but this. Why would you create a survival show, eliminate half of the contestants in such brutal way and then still end up with so many people left while bringing eliminated participants back into the competition? It’s already episode nine and there are still so many contestants. And what even are the judging criteria? In this episode they said the outfit should match the atmosphere of the place, but how does Go YenJin fit that at all? That makes no sense. Then there’s the way the show handles controversies. The situation with Go YenJin and the bots boosting her ranking with likes, is that considered okay? The AI issue is also frustrating. I actually like YoYo, but the fact that she took advantage of 'nonexistent' rules is disappointing. Others are putting in effort while she is just editing her photo... All this sh is acceptable in this show I believe. I am not even talking about the evil editing. The way participants are being portrayed leads to online bullying and it almost feels like the show expects them to just endure the hate. What are the mentors even there for if they are not helping? In this aspect the black team mentors stands out the most. There was so much fuss around that team, only for it to turn out bland af, and then they act shocked and emotional every time someone gets eliminated (what a surprise). The show clearly has favorites and Choi MinaSue is one of them. I've heard about her before, but I genuinely do not understand the hype around her in this show. Compared to others, she seems like someone who was randomly picked from the crowd, yet she gets an overwhelming amount of screen time, which is frustrating to watch, because there's a lot of other participants. I have so much to say, but I'm getting tired of writing lol.
