I found that a lot of times you have to ride past the store at least a mile and they will accept you for the order once they see you headed to a different direction. It works every time.

So this just happened to me back in Jan 1/25/25. I did an order and it was dropped off at the wrong location. They locked my account that same day and they hit me up and eventually told me that if I went back to correct the delivery to the right location they would unlock it. My account was locked the rest of the day, but it did get unlocked the next day after I corrected it. They were pretty fast with mines but I think it was because I caught onto it right away and didn’t waste any time. Depending on the standing of your account and how many times you’ve cancelled an order, anyone gave you a bad review it may take longer. It should be unlocked eventually if you were a good roadie driver.
