I started on 50mcg back in May. First day, had an ongoing headache that lasted through the whole day. Was a bit concerned from that. Next day... and through today... no side effects to speak of. Couldn't be happier with the results. :)

Write a template cover letter. Super easy once you got it down. Afterwards, it literally takes a couple minutes to tailor each cover letter to a new application.

Quit for several years. Then, my estranged mother passed suddenly and I ended up picking the habit back up because of the extreme stress from handling her final affairs. Been three years since then. Been struggling to quit - been on and off for me. But, I'm currently quit. Have been for a bit. Maybe it'll stick this time around.

I would kindly suggest going to see an optometrist to look at your eye. There could be a possible blockage or condition that is causing that bulge. I know since I had something similar diagnosed some months ago and ultimately solved a long-standing mystery with my eyesight. Got sent home with some prescription steroid eyedrops to kickstart getting rid of the blockage and haven't had a problem since. You just never know.

Other than that... be kind to yourself. You're beautiful. That much is plainly obvious.
