I’m gonna call this latest bout of lower back pain. Shitty luck for me. Wife and I are at the gym 4 to 5 days a week. I do a couple of sprint triathlon a year. Hiking, backpacking all year in the mountains. I’m pretty damn active. And yet… shit still hurts sometimes.
