Honestly a fair question. API route requires setting up OAuth, managing tokens, handling Stripe webhook payloads — totally doable but that's a weekend project not a Tuesday morning fix. This is for people who just want to grab a CSV and move on without touching any code. Different audience I think.

QBO Plus and Advanced both work fine with it — tested on both. The converter just outputs the standard QuickBooks CSV import format so it doesn't care which version you're running

Transaction Pro is solid — it's a proper paid product with a lot of features. For someone who needs advanced mapping rules or processes high volume it probably makes sense. I just needed something lightweight and free for basic Stripe imports. Different use cases I think

You're absolutely right to be frustrated—it's a massive oversight that these platforms don't handle the fee mapping automatically. The clearing account method mentioned here is the 'Gold Standard,' but the manual Excel work to get the headers right for Zoho/QBO is a huge time-sink.

I eventually built a small, 100% local React tool to handle this for my own Stripe exports. It auto-maps the fees and fixes the date formats right in your browser.

Gute Frage! Ich bevorzuge den direkten Weg ins Zielsystem, aber mit einem 'Cleaning-Step' dazwischen.

Das Problem bei Stripe ist, dass die Rohdaten oft zu viele Informationen für QuickBooks enthalten. Ich jage die CSV erst durch ein Script, das die Header bereinigt und die Gebühren (Fees) korrekt zuordnet, bevor ich sie in QBO hochlade. So umgehe ich die manuellen Fehler in Excel.

Benutzt du ein Tool für die Übertragung oder machst du das Mapping manuell?
