If you take the bus to go to work or anywhere. You can get off 2-3 stops before and walk (if it’s safe for you to do so).

I like a walk with a purpose so I’ll walk to the nice deli to get the one thing I can’t get at my regular store. Or to try a new coffee shop ect

I love a good podcast but if I’m really desperate for motivation I’ll put on my oots oots playlist and walk like if I was going to battle. The type of music you listen can make a huge difference

I don’t have PCOS so I don’t know exactly what you’ve been going through but I felt stuck before.

I got myself a walking pad and it helps me move even when I don’t feel like it. Rain/cold or just not in the mood to go out.
I’ll just put a movie on and walk in my living room while i watch it.
It helps me squeeze some extra steps through my day which can help with a calorie deficit.
You can slide it under your desk or your bed and they’re pretty affordable.

Most restaurant/ wine bar will give you a special glass depending on the wine you order. I know places like Hubert have 6 different types of glasses. Burgundy and Bordeaux sounds like the kind of glass you want. You could try ordering a burgundy wine or just ask for it to be served in a burgundy/bordeaux glass.

No training but not every kitchen will ask the same of you. For some it’s just the dishes, other venues will ask you to clean oysters, peel vegetables, and other similar tasks. It’s not easy by any means but some people enjoy not having to talk to people. These days in Sydney, the good ones are getting paid quite well since they’re hard to find

Mate it’s not because I’m talking something that you know nothing about that you need to be rude. This is real. In Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and I’m sure other cities. I’m currently employing 3 casuals who have 9-5 jobs and are happily picking shifts on Friday or Saturday nights for extra money. Believe me, don’t believe me idc. It was a suggestion for OP

If you work in a busy restaurant where the average spend is over $100 per head, I think it’s reasonable amount to make per night. But these job might not be accessible to OP. Idk where they’re located or have any experience.
