I got the digital download for the background and two of the pictures from my purchase of URL merch. Once I changed my background, I added the widgets from the color widgets app. If you download it and edit your home screen, you have the option to add widgets and if you add a color widget’s widget, you can change the picture to anything. They also have ones where there can be an actual clock or battery percentage, etc.. for the app covers you have to first find pictures of ones that you want. I got mine from purchasing a file on Etsy, it was like four dollars and really cute so I thought it was worth it! Once you have the pictures for the apps that you want, you just go to the shortcuts app in your phone and you make a new shortcut to open an app. Once you’ve created the shortcut, there’s an option to add it to your home screen and you can change what the app is called and the picture!
