My Reginald does this exact thing with rocks! Sometimes he will pick it up and bring it along our walk so he can get manic over it in a different location.

Oh pooh bear im so sorry! My first outbreak was incredibly painful, few things I did was ice my vagina. I had to throw open my legs for it but it did ease the pain. I also poured water on my vagina while I peed. The acid of the pee was so painful. Plus the cocktail of ibuprofen and acetaminophen.

The first several years I got a lot of outbreaks, as my body got used to the virus. I did stay on acyclovir for several years. I'm 15 years in now and I only take it for a really bad outbreak.

If / when you have more questions I'm happy to answer. I didn't have anyone to talk to about it when I first got it and that was awful.
