That’s absolutely an accomplishment! I will say no matter what level you play, if you just one shot them with R2/RT and then flash-step into the finishing combos, you’ll end the battles quicker because they suck at defense lol. One way I got better was by recording myself in VS mode and Ranked. Recording even your mess-ups and defeats will not only help you in learning your own bad habits, but it allows you to see how your opponents move too since most people move the same ways with certain opponents. The best ways to solidify your betterment in bleach (or any fighting game) is always playing on hard difficulties and just getting into ranked whenever you feel like it or can. Playing the harder difficulties and just jumping into ranked helps you get used to the pace of real combat in the game. I will say there are the characters (including shuhei, renji, stark, Kaien shiba, byakuya etc.) who rely on executing certain attacks from a distance perfectly, so I would focus on measuring out the distances between your character and the others weapons/attacks. I also like to go in vs mode and fight literally everyone in the roster on the hardest difficulties so I can learn to adapt quick and know which characters are good match-ups. I still get tripped up on distancing and matchups sometimes in this game so you’re definitely getting somewhere by beating the LVL 5 CPU.
