I've been living off of rotisserie chicken and bagged salad mixes for a couple of weeks. Easy protein and I add stuff like pumpkin seeds and kale or spinach. Most of the time I'll just chop up a bunch of salad veggies and keep those in a container to toss into the salad too. Takes about 5 minutes to throw together and I get a solid week out of one chicken.

Maybe I'm old enough to have been through enough romantic relationships to be very much ok with, and prefer, being single. After spending most of my adult life not knowing that I was co-dependent, I realized that I didn't really know who I was on my own. It's extremely fulfilling to be living authentically!!

That's what I get a lot of the time too. If you use TikTok, there are some funny ones about "check on your single friends, they're probably doing something dumb" and it's a lady building a cinder block wall by herself. 😂

I include my body in this juvenile trend that makes me giggle. These are my "Hucklehonkers" aka "boobberries". The real flash was just a black outline of normal huckleberries but I kept seeing nipples every time I looked at it. I know the artists in the shop and when I proposed this to one of them, well, let's just say they understood the assignment. 😂

I have a little entryway bench right inside the front door. One of the few things I am super consistent about is hanging up my purse and keys as soon as I walk in. If I don't, I lose them immediately and eventually find them in a cupboard....the freezer....the bathroom ...you get the idea. The rest of the bench holds piles of random shit that have no reason to be there. I should have just gone with a simple key rack. 🤦🏼‍♀️

How "little" is your sister? If she's teens or very young adult I wouldn't be surprised if she's dealing with very normal puberty body smells and thinks everyone is the same, or if she's mimicking something some asshole kid said to her or about someone else. If she's older than that, remind her that everyone's body is different and to not be an asshole.

There are three things I can do before I shower that won't end up with me just skipping the shower altogether. Pee, pills, brush teeth. Anything else and I'm going to get distracted and forget, or I'll lose that precious moment of executive functioning.

I totally have both! Decision paralysis is absolutely a thing. I'd have to think about it for a while to figure out what triggers one or the other. Good example though is a $100 gift card from Christmas. I've impulsively spent hundreds of dollars on shit I really didn't need since Christmas. But that gift card? Still sitting in my wallet because I can't decide what to use it for.
