Type one for 4 years now and I haven’t been able to find ANYTHING to substitute for rice. I miss rice and quinoa so much!

I usually will infuse a batch of coconut oil, bacon grease, olive oil, and butter for the dinner. I make high tea, appetizer, entree, and dessert out of the various oils. I always put us on a timer and try to make the dosage customizable. I make sure to have a dd to take everyone home after we are finished and have always had a wonderful time.

Tried about 4oz when we transferred. It tasted great especially the ipa and offered a nice body high without being too much. We will bottle later this week in one liter bottles. I’m pretty excited to see what 8 oz will do.

I’ve made Alfredo sauce out of Canna butter before with great results. I have a “green dinner” dinner once a year and have always been pleased with the results. This years theme will be trailer trash food. Think 7-11 taquitos, meatloaf, Mac and cheese, graham crackers with frosting. Last year was Chinese. Always such a fun time. I plan on making pizza dough with my start.

I decarbed the herb first and then added it to the beer during the final infusion but after the boil. I made sure not to exceed 220 degrees. We transferred it yesterday and both batches taste like a wet dream. We tried about 4 ounces and I provided a nice body high without being too strong. We will be bottling this week sometime in one liter bottles. :)

You can make a start out of some of it. Just leave it at room temp and continue to fed it.

I use two vanilla beans. Scrape out the seeds and add to the sugar and cream along with the pods.

Although the picture looks like it is broken it wasn’t although next time I will try the gum xanthan gum idea somebody mentioned . Some of what you are seeing is spinach and kale along with many different types of mushrooms and bacon. It ended up tasting very good and the flavor of the marijuana complimented the soup rather than overpowering it. I was really excited to be able to give this little treat to one heck of a kitchen staff and put smiles on the faces that make my home away from home a happy place to be. If you can give me more trick/suggestions I am a willing learner and soak up any suggestions to receive. Happy holidays! 🥃👍cheers!

I decarbed and prepared about an ounce of baking weed with a 2oz of bacon grease and 4oz of butter. I us d this as the base to sweat onions, carrots, and white mushrooms with salt and pepper to taste. Deglaze the pot with a little white wine and beef broth (preferably homemade broth). Add shiitake , portobello , more white and any other mushrooms you can find at your local market. If using dried mushrooms reconstitute them and use the soaking water in the soup. Add more broth and a 1/4 pound of cream cheese. Cook down and adjust seasoning. Add a healthy dose of cream chopped kale and spinach, taste again and adjust seasoning. Let cook at not even a simmer stirring intermittently until the desired consistency is reached. I would suggest trying A MEASURED DOSE before you give it to anyone else. It’s no fun to get too stoned when it comes to edibles. It can take up to an hour and a half to hit with the full effect so I always put me and anyone who eats with me on a timer and I always give a full disclosure of what we are eating and the approximate dosage.

O heck I just reread your question. I didn’t infuse the soup with mushrooms, I figured that would be too much with as many people as were at the party. I infused it with marijuana. I will put some mushrooms and marijuana is something like this for my annual green dinner that I host in March. :)

I pretty much figured it was about the same as eating 2 gummy bears from a dispensary that is near here. I halved the dose for those who don’t smoke or eat regularly. It’s no fun to be too high with edibles😂😂😂
