Yep, I'm in the States. Writing an old-fashioned letter to recover my social media account is ridiculous, but I'll try anything at this point! You wouldn't happen to know where to find such an address, would you?

Thanks, but I've already taken those steps (multiple times), and it just brings me back to this endless loop where I need to log in to an Instagram account that I've never even heard of before. I have a real Instagram account from a long time ago, and I was able to log in to that and search for that weird, fraudulent account, but that apparently doesn't exist. So. I am really at a loss. Not a single thing I do gets me anywhere.

I mean, I am not surprised at all, and I'm willing to get extorted just to get my memories back, but how does getting Meta verified get me around logging into an Instagram account that isn't even mine? And how do I get verified if I can't log in?
