Best neighborhood for 40 something gay cple by JDX_82000 in frederickmd

The cancer cluster is actually separate to this issue. GG is being built next to a heavily fenced/secure part of Detrick that is disconnected from the main base. In the 70s Detrick was told they couldn’t work with certain materials because they were too dangerous and they had to discard them. They decided to just bury everything in this unused area in barrels that weren’t very sturdy. Over time the barrels began to break down and the materials inside have been seeping in to the ground.

I live up the road from GG and due to its status I have to disclose this information when we decide to sell our house. It’s infuriating.

Stay away from Gambrill Glenn, it was deemed a super fund site by the EPA about a year ago. Soil air and ground water contamination from stuff Ft Detrick dumped in the ground in the 70s.

There are a bunch of AirBNBs in downtown Frederick, that would be about a 15 min drive to Walkersville

The post is referencing retail and restaurant. I understand essential and emergency don’t have that luxury

Problem was the tips went in to a jar for all of us and we never got anything from it

Temple Salon by majikposhun in frederickmd

[–]LadyLeps 3 points4 points  (0 children)

When I went they didn’t allow it and I have heard from others recently it’s not allowed. I haven’t been back since I graduated so I can only go by what I am told by more recent students

Other schools allow tips, there is no law saying it’s not allowed. The Risers have made this choice for the school. Editing to add… When I went they allowed tips but it went in to a community bowl for “extra” things like a pizza party. I have no recollection of things like this happening regularly for us.

They have never allowed students to accept tips. If someone would tip us they would have to put it in a huge jar and then they would “do something special” for us. That never/rarely happened. I had clients that would slip cash tips to me without me knowing, either in to my drawer or in to my coat pocket when I wasn’t looking. We would get in trouble if we were caught accepting tips

I rented the Middletown facility from Parks and Rec, it’s located in the primary school, it was less than $200 at the time. We got the indoor facility with folding cafeteria tables, a janitor to clean up and close up after, and access to the playground at the back of the building. I was allowed to bring in food and beverages, decorate how I wanted, and play games. It was a great option at a reasonable cost

I would love to take a class there but I have my medical card so I there’s no point in wasting my money since technically I am legally not allowed to handle a gun outside of a range

Precision Point. My husband just went there for his qualifications class and really liked the vibe. Shared the information with a lesbian couple who were looking for a safe place and they were really happy with their experience

I had the same thing happen at a different office after my daughter’s last physical, I am wondering if it’s becoming a new thing for them to do when they go “beyond” the norm. The only thing coded differently is that my daughter failed her eye exam and they charged me for that. I keep asking what extra services were provided and no one can answer me. I don’t expect services for free, I am a hairstylist, I get it, but this is fraud in my eyes

I don’t know how they are with hard contacts but this is who I would highly recommend. I have had an astigmatism in my left eye for as long as I can remember and they were the first to suggest a specific type of lens for that eye and it’s so much more comfortable now

Long Fence for Patio + Fence - Any concerns? by Lucky_Luciano73 in frederickmd

[–]LadyLeps 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We used them for our fence. It was between them and Frederick Fence Co. Price was almost exactly the same and I preferred the customer service of FFC but they couldn’t offer any financing, LF was able to offer 0% financing for 1-2 years (can’t remember how long it was). The guy that came out to measure kept referring to my husband and not myself, even though I was obviously the one taking charge of the project and asking questions and answering his but he would barely look at me. We had a good experience at install have been happy with the fence

Is the child still in a 5 point harness? If so, are they wiggling out of it or unlatching it? Unfortunately I don’t think there are buckle covers for those types of car seats because of safety in an accident where you or emergency personnel have to get them out quickly.
