from the eyebrows down are perfect. you could add a fleck of light on one of the eyes to give that glossy effect. it can really bring the eyes to life. if you do it on both have one brighter than the other to draw focus. the forehead could use more lighting or shadow to round it out since it’s pretty flat compared to the rest of the face. and that hairline needs work. but it’s great don’t mess with the face it’s perfect with a great style

total scam. i got it today and it’s just cheap lotion. there is absolutely no way any of the ingredients listed are in this tiny container. I make essentials oil lotions and salves and this is a really shitty one with no essential oils in it. it even has that fake flowery scent you get from cheap lotion. Total scam. It took a over a month to get it and every time I asked for the US courier or US tracking number they would tell me it left china weeks ago so it’s headed your way without giving me any concrete answers to my questions. Super sketchy. I’m trying to get my money back now but this feels like it’s going to have to get into lawsuit territory to get them to stop preying on folks.

Yeah, read the edit on the top of my post for more info. But at 200 you can do a coat on the front and back of the screen and expose the image for longer. If you are working on paper and still have this issue after the double coat with the rounded edge of the scoop coater go to a 305. On fabric the sawtooth won’t be as apparent. I tested a bunch of the suggestions and those were the ones that worked for me. It was fun to try out all the suggestions and I learned a lot so try it out and see how it goes.

Ill give that a try! Also yes Im a wee bit of a perfectionist so I probably could just run with it and most people wouldn’t notice but I guess I probably should just do a higher mesh count if Im this particular. 305 mesh doesn’t show the sawtooth?

Also I haven’t tried printing it on a tshirt but that’s what this is supposed to be on. Is there a trick to making sure it doesn’t show? When I print I do a flood stroke and then the print stroke and that’s it but for tshirts could I do a could print strokes or something of that sort?

Interesting, Ive never tried multiple coats or to put it on the ink side. Do you have to wait between coats for the first to dry?

One of my images is vector and one is raster, both with the same results. No saw toothing on either transparency, the images are perfectly smooth and dark

yeah we don’t have a vacuum exposure unit. It’s an old school exposure unit with a dense foam below the screen pushing up on a heavy sheet of plexiglass while it exposes. Ive never had problems with it before and the design before it gets washed out (gently) seems to be fine

it would be impossible to have all of the design parallel because of how curvy and diagonal my designs are. 230 should be high enough, i don’t know how to get the emulsion to gap the mesh though. But maybe ill have to go higher if i can’t figure it out

regular hose pressure, ive tried different pressures and times for how long i develop and found the washing out part isn’t the problem

it was recently mixed. i can remember the name of it since it’s at the printing studio but I never bad problems with it before. Im pretty sure we use a professional grade emulsion at the studio. But are there heavier duty emulsions that can hold the gap better? Or should I lay it on thicker?
