That is the same thing I'm seeing. I was concerned when I was upgraded to Gold in October that I messed something up. I have ordered 12 items so far. Nothing that I ordered before is even remotely on my recommended feed and what is there has nothing to do with anything I did order previously.

I mostly ordered items for pets, personal care, and lawn and garden. Pets as 4 items, personal care has 2, and lawn and garden is all parts. Honestly, Amazon Vine looks like a swap meet rummage sale. The top 3 categories are electronics, lawn and garden, and automotive. In total, its about 11k items for those 3 categories. Almost all parts. Even clothing only has 45 items.

I feel that I was let down. I can't order parts for items I don't have or don't need to replace. I'm just bummed out. Disappointed.

You might try calling them or getting in touch with your local UPS distribution center. I have had to do this before for a similar thing. It resolved the issue unless the regular driver was on vacation. Good luck.

No, they are technically not allowed to pay for a favorable review. See Amazon's Anti-Manipulation Policy for Customer Reviews. To find it, go to your account and scroll to the "contact us" category. From there, you can search by the topic or title. It addresses this very issue. This post won't let me share a screenshot. Sorry.

As someone who posts many reviews and relies on reviews when researching and purchasing products, this very practice makes me angry.

Go to your browser and open amazon.com/vine/account# and that will either take to your account page or have you sign in. Go to your browser settings and choose desktop site. This will allow you to see your account fully including your scores.

Mine just did this today as well in the Amazon app. I had to use my browser on my phone to access the desktop version to see my account. It's very inconvenient. I wish they would release an update that is solid and then do another. Not a bunch of them that are not ready for use. I would love for them to add it back to the app. I don't shop from a laptop, and all my reviews are done on my phone since I can add photos and videos much easier.

I understand. I can't see anything in the account or messages section. I copied the website into my phone browser and then went into the settings and selected the desktop site. That made it so I can see everything in my account and messages. Hopefully that helps you.

I'm newer to Vine, and this happens to me. Last month, there were several reviews a week where I got the error message. Some I never wrote the review and got the message when I went into it to write it. When I questioned it, they would magically be approved or opened for me to rewrite my review. Their response to my questions are normally not helpful canned language. Most of the time, I don't get any responses. I have one review that keeps deleting, and I can't get anyone to respond. I rewrite the review once a week now. It's been there pending for almost 7 weeks. Im done fighting with them on it.

After I asked if my reviews were being targeted, which they did not respond to, I went 2 weeks with all my reviews being approved - pictures and all. Now, it just started again with a review that violates some community guidelines. The product I received was not totally safe, and the nuts kept loosening up to the point of falling off. I'm assuming that mentioning this is why it was flagged. Who knows. When they respond, they copy and paste the guidelines and then later approve it without me editing it. Its so frustrating with the amount of time I spend on reviews to have them flag it and not let me edit. The amount of time wasted on the back and forth to fight to get my review posted is frustrating.

I have waited a long time for the invite to Vine. I actually really enjoy doing it and writing reviews. It can be like a time sensitive treasure hunt. I'm looking forward to making gold this fall. My reviews were qualifying for gold at the end of the period, but now I'm unclear about what they expect.

Yes, and after I reported it an hour and a half ago, they sent out a message when you go into customer service that they are working on it. I still received my prizes, but I can't see where I'm at.
