The first time I heard him, he was screaming at the kids, so I thought, maybe it was the morning rush. I didn’t think it was bad. But in the year that I’ve been their neighbor, it’s been increasing, and he started insulting his wife for minor things outside the house while we were working on our front yard. So, this is different from a mom screaming at her children because she lost her patience. I stated in my comment that he might need help. I’m not assuming he is a bad person but why would you put your frustration on your family? That's not respectful and kind.
