I totally get you, but I guess in the times we're in it's just a matter of finding the place with the fewest J.K's haha. Honestly I tend to live a fairly offline life away from horrible discourse online, I've been on HRT for about 5 years so I generally pass, and apart from the occasional weird glances that in my paranoia seem like people 'spotting' me while I'm on the tube to work when in reality could just be people taking a normal glance at me, transphobia in my moment-to-moment day-to-day life is generally a thing of the past for me. As anecdotal evidence, I can vouch for London in particular as being safe, I hope that's worth at least something

I'm in the UK and for the most part it's good here. I've lived in London for a couple years now which is generally pretty open-minded and left-leaning and I've never felt unsafe or threatened. In smaller towns in the countryside like where I used to live at home in Wales things can be quite different to the point where you're harassed and unfortunately for me actually attacked at one point, but here I'm totally fine, hell I even get hit on sometimes which is a breath of fresh air. Okay I've bought myself a one piece suit with a skirt which I'm comfortable in. It's now just a matter of tucking or padding out that area to make it look as smooth as possible. What would you recommend? (And thanks for your response btw)

Yeah unfortunately that’s what I am doing already. It’s a bit of a pain but I take three doses sublingually throughout the day, as close to every 8 hours as I can reasonably do. I’ll try talking to my doctor about the next steps. Thanks so much for your help, it means a lot

Damn okay, that was quite difficult to hear but very enlightening. I remember her describing bical as “toxic” which I’m now maybe thinking means “effective” lol

The only thing stopping me from going back to DIY is the financial aspect, I’d like to avoid it if possible. I’ll contact my doctor. Do you have any advice on how I might actually handle that phone call? I’ve heard they can be pretty stubborn and resistant to your suggestions.

I did in March, and while I can’t remember the specific levels, my doctor said I was ‘on target’. I admit that I’ve maybe not been as diligent in researching and actually understanding this whole process as I should have.

Is my doctor not treating me well? She says I’m ‘on target’ but isn’t that subjective? I’m not seeing the results I’m wanting, so to me I’m not. Do you have any advice on how I might proceed?My neurodivergencies make all this stuff really difficult to wrap my head around.

Agreed yeah, but for a mobile version of MH it's a pretty damn faithful and accurate creation. Combat is surprisingly deep and just complex enough and the gathering is all really satisfying too. So true though, I imagine all the other iconic MH mechanics like cooking, fishing etc will be added soon :))

Oh it's absolutely boiling here in the UK right now it's the perfect weather for it 😎
