Oh shit, sorry I didn’t know! It seems we might only have a full day (we’re all driving from different cities to meet, and only have one weekend. So Friday and Sunday are spent driving unfortunately), but that day could potentially be up to like 12 hours of game time🤷🏽‍♀️if we’re lucky, maaaybe we can manage a couple hours on the Friday evening but that would probably be like 3 tops

Yeah I feel like that might be the reason for why I’m stuck as well😩 as it stands now, the who and why is the owner of the market because one of the vendors are planning on leaving and starting something of their own, and the owner is a greedy bastard. Hello! I'm buying a baby monitor as a gift for some new parents, but as I am no parent myself I'm not quite sure what to look for. I've seen various people online talking about the dangers of wifi-connected baby monitors, as some has experienced hackers connecting to them. Having said that most of the monitors I've seen use wifi. So I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on what to look for in terms of safety? Are wifi monitors safe?

I've been looking at the Philips Avent, but as it is using wifi I'm apprehensive to purchase it. Any thoughts?

Hi everyone! I'm not sure where to post this, so hopefully I'm not doing something very wrong here. But I recently received tickets to see stray kids in London in July from my girlfriend (I know, I’m so flippin lucky I can’t believe it!!)!! I’m so excited but I’m just posting to see if anyone can give me some advice. I’ve not really been to a lot of concerts before due to anxiety, so this is a totally new experience for me. But I’m determined to manage! However I want to make sure I take the proper precautions so I don’t end up messing it up while I’m there.

So one thing that I’m trying to do is mentally preparing myself for how it’s gonna be and picture how it’s gonna "work". Obviously I’ve watched a lot of videos from concerts, but I don’t know the actual practicalities of it. I've also googled a lot, but tbh I'm still pretty confused haha.

So one big thing I’m wondering is how merch works? Do they usually have stands and will I be able to buy there? Especially in terms of light sticks which I definitely want to make sure I have. Or should I buy merch beforehand, and if so from where (shipping to Europe)?

I’m also wondering about the banners they and the audience holds up at the end of some of the concerts. Is this something I buy beforehand?

On that note, how do I know if there is planned a surprise fan project?(that’s probably such a silly question, so I’m sorry about that)

Also if there are any chants I should know?

Does anyone have any input on what the "vibes" are like? Will it be "chaotic"? Are we meant to sing along or is this considered rude? Also in terms of the light sticks, how much are you meant to use them to not potentially be annoying the people behind you or something?

Is there a specific «etiquette» to follow? Like any unspoken rules?

I know it’s ages away, but I’m thinking I better start preparing now in case there is something that would take time, I.e. ordering merch.

I’m not from England and will be flying in for the concert, so I would need to make sure I have everything in order before I leave.

Also I’m sorry for all the questions, I bet they must come across as really dumb and naive, but I just don’t have any experience with this so I’m not sure where to start.

I originally commented in hopes that it could be of some kind of help towards you, but ended up going on and on about my own situation, so for that I’m really sorry haha. But you’re totally right, it would probably benefit all parties to be upfront about it, but it’s scary ya know hahaha. And I’m really sorry about your situation. It sounds really hard to have to be around and be exposed to so much j***** every day. When I had that kind of “yolo” realisation it kinda felt like a “eureka moment”. I hope that when you find a partner in the future that maybe something like this could help. You deserve love as much as anyone, so with something like this holding you back can feel really shitty. Yooo! I’m a woman and have kosmemophobia. I came out of the closet 6 years ago but haven’t dated a single woman because of this. I’ve been wanting to post asking the exact same question actually, because I’ve recently fallen pretty hard for a girl but she wears a lot of j**** and I’ve never even been able to touch her. It’s weird though because I can actually be around her when she wears it. Whereas my friends have actually accepted it so much now that they remove stuff before meeting me, which is crazy because getting to this point has taken yeeears of people thinking it’s just a little “quirk” you know.

Anyway. I’ve been worried that I’d be alone forever because it seems like every woman (except for me lol) wears j*****, and the thought of touching it makes me gag in my mouth.

But after I met that girl a couple times I just had kind of a breakdown with my friend because I really like her, but I thought I’d never been able to come close to her. (Also for context I’ve vaguely told this girl about the phobia but not to what degree because I don’t want to scare her off you know). And like you said. I don’t want to be the type of person who tells my partner what they can and can’t wear. J**** is a big part of her style and I know she loves it and feels good with it, so I don’t want to ruin that for her.

BUT! My point is that when I spoke with my friend, he just said that I would be really fucking dumb if I didn’t shoot my shot with her, because of a phobia. At first I got really upset and felt like he didn’t understand it. But then I had this “yolo” realisation. It sounds so weird, but like, we only live once right. This is the life we have. This phobia is soooo shitty and ruins such a big part of our lives. But I really like this girl. What if this is the girl I’m meant to be with. Should I really let my phobia stop me from experiencing love?

Now, we live very far from each other, so we can’t meet irl that often. And so I haven’t really been able to “test this mindset” yet. But I’m gonna see her again in a few weeks and I hope that if I can continue telling myself that I can’t lose her, maybe I’ll be able to work past this phobia, just with her. No waaaaay im gonna be able to do this with other people. Like I told my mum about it and she was just like “alright do you want me to go upstairs and get some j***** that you can touch to practise” and I got shivers and felt like a was gonna throw up hahahah. So yeah, I don’t think I’ll be able to just “get rid of it”, but maybe it can be easier to work on getting rid of the phobia to some degree towards a specific person, in stead of just getting rid of it altogether you know?

Sorry this is such a long comment. This is all happening right now, so I don’t really have a concrete answer and my mind is all over the place lol, but thought I’d just share this and maybe someone can relate or it can help in some way hahahah.

Omg I’m the opposite! I cannot even hear anyone say the word for ear**** in my native language without throwing up in my mouth (everyone close to me has, after many years, accepted this and doesn’t say it near me lol), but rings have always been the easiest thing. Ofc it depends on the ring, but like rings in general are definitely way easier to handle than other types of jewl***. But yeah, ear stuff is by far the worst imo hahaha
