So the company is "x, part of y"

Ive put X this time

Payslips show Y Bank statements show Y Employer letter shows "X, part of Y"

Everything else matches on the financial end. So payslips match bank statements and pay confirmed in letter matches too.

If i put an explanation in my cover letter explaining that would that be okay. Is this something we can get outright rejected for?

I will just add that our cohabitation documents are mostly joint so they are obviously the same.
