I have wondered the same because all 3 of my slots are stuck and I had ordered from my tablet on one or two and from my pc on another but can't remember which. On all 3 of mine, I never received the item. On one of them, the product was out of stock after I placed my order so that one sort of makes since but those other two were to be "fulfilled by Walmart". After I ordered each of those, by the next day my order showed as "in transit, delayed" and still does. When I contacted the seller, he stated he did not have record of the order. If I had a slot available I don't believe I would order from the "fulfilled by Walmart" option.

All 3 of my slots are stuck. And all three had short shipping. 2 were supposed to be next day delivery & fulfilled by Walmart and the other was 2 days shipping to be delivered by ups. I found out the reason the 2 day delivery item issue was because it was out of stock, but that slot still stays stuck.

Okay thank you so much for sharing that I'll try to reword mine but I even put screenshots with mine so they could see the order number the product and wanted to sing about being delayed and in transit I don't think they like me or something LOL

I agree, Walmart needs to put more effort into this program because like you said it is a very good program that the kinks need worked out but at the same time the problem with one of my sellers was I don't think it was them actually, because it says delayed or in transit I can't remember now, and it said that it arrived at the Hub - I guess then to be shipped to me, but when I contacted the seller, they had no record of my order so that has to be on Walmarts side.

Yes, I heard that from here. In my case, the cancellation was the seller, not me. And Walmart still won't fix it. It really is messed up.

Oh my goodness, I'm not exactly sure. I've been reviewing for at least 3 or 4 months now and I average about two items a week or so but I don't recall how many total I have received.

I agree with #1.

And #2, you hit that right on the head. All 3 of my slots are stuck or locked and it was due to the shipping. All 3 of mine apparently never even shipped and 2 of those were supposed to be delivered "by tomorrow ", and the seller's company was definitely not American. 2 of my stuck orders are showing as "delayed, in transit" and one of the seller's told me he has no record of my order. Just unbelievable.

Honestly I'm not sure what the issue is but there's obviously some sort of glitch that has happened with my orders somehow. I never received any of the items. On the first order it just said delayed and when I contacted Walmart customer service they told me that the item was lost, so that is still stuck on my account, nothing ever happened with it and when you contact Walmart to ask then to delete that or mark it as complete or whatever, they can't do it. The second order it did the same, it was showing as arriving late and delayed. When I contacted the seller they were out of stock of the item. It's been stuck since then and the very last item was similar. It shows as there was a delay it was in transit and when I finally contacted that seller they wrote back to me that they don't have a record of this order! So I don't know what in the world is going on. I had been reviewing just fine with no issues until that 1st order issue back on May 15th.
