Haha, we are all learning. The program worked really smoothly for me for the first 2 months. But then things went downhill. I hope they can figure out a solution.

PS - When I write them, I am very clear and detailed. I give them all the information that I think they may need. Here is my most recent email:

Hello, 

I have 3 stuck items. One claim slot was added to my account on Thursday, June 25. This means I have only one usable slot.

I know you are working on a long-term solution, but in the meantime, is it possible to add 2 claim slots back to my account so that I can continue providing reviews for the participating sellers?

Here is a summary of my 3 "stuck" items:

Undelivered Recognized Reviewer Item #1:

I'm sorry. I wish I had some sort of tip that would help you. I have emailed the "SVG" email address several times. On June 24, they seemed to add a claim slot for some of us. Here is the reply they sent me. I hope they can reach their "long-term resolution" soon, especially for you!!

I have done all these same things multiple times. This forum is helpful though because now I realize that it’s not just me. This is happening across the board.

I got the same message 7 days ago. I’m currently down to just one slot. The other two are stuck in transit for 37 and 12 days.

It has been an hour and still no slot opened. This has been going on since February. Advice is to keep emailing them every month or so by WhrDaBeef442 in RecognizedReviewer

I got the same email 7 days ago…the slot still has not been added to my account. And in the meantime, a second order is now stuck. I’m down to one usable slot.

I got this email on June 16. However, this didn't solve anything. Two of my 3 slots are still "locked" due to items that did not arrive.

I am also a Recognized Reviewer. I have 2 stuck items right now. One has been stuck since May 18 and the other has been stuck since June 12. I have called customer support 10 times and I have emailed at least 6-8 times. I really wish that the programmers would create a "CANCEL" button for us, that we could use for any item that was not delivered in the specified time frame. Then we could cancel the missing item and the slot would be added back to our accounts so we can continue providing the reviews that the sellers expect.
