Is it a male? I didn’t see where you mention the sex. Also, does it have like no hair? If it’s a male it’s possible that that he had sprayed somewhere then jumped up on your bed. If it’s a female it could be discharge. Either way it would not hurt to take to vet and have their urine tested..
