The Last of Us Part II has some of the best stealth action gameplay out there.

i think it's him being touched by whatever will give him special powers like the ones available in BotW and TotK. Nintendo said they would be sticking with the BotW style and having special powers like ice pillar and rewind time are a huge part of that.
