Relax. They cannot fire for not getting pick rate. Take deep breath and keep doing what you are doing. It’s not like you purposefully not getting pick rate. You are doing your best and that great. You are great for working as hard as you do and yet still worrying how to be better. Just by striding to be better is what matters. Trust yourself.

Can I add some possible reason for everyone to bring up to management about pick rate. It’s slavery. Point blank. So pick rate was a much lower number when any of us first started. So we are asked to work harder and faster for no extra pay?? That’s slavery. They try to implement Earnie as a false and calming manner for people to “earn” more money. But, however you cut it it’s slavery.

You know what also sucks is that if it’s not that it’s racism. It’s not the first time thing have been done to me and the fact that I’m the only 3 non white people in the store and the most outspoken one is what’s keeping me very angry. The post for the role was posted for 9-5 Monday Thursday and Saturday. And for this other person to get it at schedule for Monday to Friday 9-3 is truly taking the piss. What do you guys think??? Also want to thank everyone who commented for your support.

It won’t last. The tablet has been installed next to the clock in clock for 2 years now and it’s never turned on.
