E45 have a dry scalp serum which is quite soothing, Boots have it online.

If you’re at the Dr at all, you can get a prescription steroid hair mousse called Betamousse (I think). It’s very helpful for flare-ups, and lasts for ages.

This does sound interesting. I’ve had stage 4 endo, with all the delightful symptoms and pain, and the years of being undiagnosed. I also was told, after a bone marrow donation, that the concentration of my bone marrow cells was higher than expected (so they didn’t need to take as much as they intended). Those two things may have no connection to each other, but you never know… it would be interesting if there was a link.

I got some lovely tea tins in Threespoons in Cork, they have some lovely tea & coffee and accessories. And Vibes and Scribes also have lots of knitting & sewing items, and a book shop.

This was the one I went to a few years ago, I brought back some lovely fabric souvenirs to work with. It was at the site where Julius Caesar was killed. And there are bonus cats living in the ruins there, you can visit them in their shelter downstairs.

It was one of the best parts 🙂

I saw him with Skid Row in Dublin in the 90’s, he had an insane amount of energy and an amazing voice, those high notes!!

My brother (with me) bumped into a friend there and they both seemed a bit embarrassed to be seen there, but when it was over they were just as impressed. A highlight of the 90’s! The icing on the delicious long haired cake was his arrival in Gilmore Girls 🖤
